Ms. Rachel began her education career in early childhood ed, moving onto secondary art education and has arrived back in ECE where she finds the most joy. She has worked in Montessori and specializes in the Reggio Emilia approach. Her enjoyment for working at the intersection of art education and Reggio began after receiving a scholarship and research grant to visit Reggio Emilia, Italy from her Wayne State program.

Ms. Corynn is the founder of Studio Nido and Co-Owner of The Inclusion Project. Working as a diagnostician, SLP, and educator, she has led special education teams and developed trainings for early childhood programs such as Head Start and GSRP. Her love for working with children came unexpectedly after completing her Graduate degree and clinical fellowship at Michigan School for the Deaf. She currently offers one on one services and her passion is working with groups and helping children make connections.

Ms. Caitlin is a Speech Language Pathologist and Co-Owner of The Inclusion Project. Her treatment approach is Neuro-diversity affirming, child-led, relationship-based and focuses on each child's unique strengths and communication style. Empowering individuals to connect and express themselves is the most rewarding part of her work and she is dedicated to helping each person build confidence in their voice.
